Small Business Administration (SBA)

Sullivan Bank is able to offer a wide variety of products with the assistance of the Small Business Administration (SBA), including the SBAExpress loan. Sullivan Bank is an approved Express Lender that allows for a quicker response time.

Sullivan Bank also works with RMI, who assists the bank and the small business to provide long term, fixed rate financing loans including low down payments under the SBA 504 loan program. The loan program is used when the purpose of the loan is the acquire real estate, machinery or equipment. With the 504 loan program, Sullivan Bank will have the first lien position on the assets being acquired and RMI/SBA will hold a subordinated interest in the project.
